MILES OF FLAVOR. ROUTE 66 IN EVERY BITE.
American dining inspired by the open road, in the heart of Tulsa.
INTRODUCING THE AVERY
Named for Cyrus Avery, The Avery brings the flavors of the Mother Road home to Tulsa. From Santa Monica ahi tuna to Chicago dry-aged steaks, St. Louis classics to Texas-style French Toast.
One table. Eight states. Endless miles of flavor.
OUR STORY
Our name comes from Cyrus Stevens Avery — the man who looked at a dusty Oklahoma town and decided it deserved to be on the map. As the father of Route 66, he connected Chicago to Los Angeles and made Tulsa the heart of the American road. We opened The Avery with that same belief: that great food, like a great road, brings people together.
Miles of flavor. Dine and drive on.
Miles of flavor, one destination at a time. The Route 66 Supper Club is The Avery’s signature dining series, with each edition inspired by a different city or state along Historic Route 66, embracing its ingredients, its stories, and its roadside traditions. The theme changes from time to time, so there’s always a new stop on the road to discover. Available à la carte during dinner service, Friday through Sunday.
