A chef-curated dining series traveling the Mother Road.
One city, one table, one unforgettable meal at a time.
Each edition of the Route 66 Supper Club is a journey inspired by a different stop along Historic Route 66. From the ingredients and traditions of that destination to the stories behind the road itself, every supper club is a dining experience that goes well beyond the plate.
This isn't a tasting menu. It's a road trip — one course at a time.
Last Stop: Oklahoma
Our inaugural edition took guests through Oklahoma’s red dirt and roadside traditions. Five courses built around the state where Route 66 itself was born, served alongside the Tulsa Performing Arts Center’s run of Oklahoma!
The next stop hasn’t been announced, but the road doesn’t end in Oklahoma.
The next Route 66 Supper Club hasn’t hit the road yet. Join the list, and you’ll hear about the destination, the date, and the menu before anyone else.
Be the First to Know

The Route 66 Supper Club is just getting started. Future editions will travel through Missouri, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and beyond, each one a new destination, a new vision, and a new story from the Mother Road.
