A chef-curated dining series traveling the Mother Road.
One city, one table, one unforgettable meal at a time.
Each edition of the Route 66 Supper Club is a journey inspired by a different stop along Historic Route 66. From the ingredients and traditions of that destination to the stories behind the road itself, every supper club is a dining experience that goes well beyond the plate.
This isn't a tasting menu. It's a road trip — one course at a time.
Now Serving - Oklahoma Edition
July 31 – August 16, 2026
Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays ~ Dinner begins at 5:00 PM
The inaugural Route 66 Supper Club lands in Oklahoma — the state where the highway was born, where red dirt meets open sky, and where the flavors run as deep as the roots.
Five courses. One state. An evening worth the drive.
Chef has drawn from Oklahoma's agricultural heritage and roadside traditions to craft a menu that feels both rooted and refined — familiar enough to feel like home, surprising enough to feel like a discovery.
Reservations are highly recommended.
The Road Ahead
